Development in weekly cycles with a demo on a test environment: you see working software every week and steer early instead of being surprised at the end. Code quality is non-negotiable: TypeScript, tests, code reviews, CI/CD.

Incl. training
Go-live, handover & operations
Data migration, training and an accompanied go-live - without business interruption. Afterwards you decide: a maintenance contract with monitoring and further development, or a complete handover with source code and documentation to your team.

Fixed price per milestone
No open-ended hourly billing: every milestone has a fixed price and a defined result. Budget surprises are structurally impossible.
Honesty over revenue
If an off-the-shelf solution fits better or a project does not pay off, we say so in the initial consultation - not after three paid concept phases.
No vendor lock-in
Source code, documentation and access credentials belong to you after payment. The collaboration should depend on quality, not on contractual dependency.

How quickly can a project start?
After the initial consultation you receive a concrete quote within a few days. Depending on capacity, the project typically starts within 2 to 4 weeks after commissioning.
What happens if requirements change during the project?
Changes are handled transparently: small adjustments are covered by the milestone buffer, larger extensions are offered as their own milestone with a fixed price - never as a silent extra invoice.
How often do I see project progress?
Weekly: every week there is a demo with working software on a test environment. You see real progress, not status reports.
What do I get at handover?
The complete source code, technical documentation, deployment access and training. You are never tied to Astra IT Solutions - quality should bind, not contracts.
